Small comfortably fits a size 30-32. If you have a larger cup size, like D or DD, consider taking a medium. We have fitted a 30C with ease into a small, and even a 32A - it has more room across the cups, but with breasts getting fuller, it will definitely work (: 

Medium comfortably fits a size 34. If you have a larger cup size, like D or DD, consider taking a L. 

Large comfortably fits a size 36. If you have a larger cup size, like D or DD, consider taking an XL.

XL comfortably fits a size 38. If you are a DD, it might be tight. The cups are removable if you need more space though.
