Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Parcels will be despatched on the next working day after payment has been received. Deliveries are charges as follows:

Main City Centres:  R110
Outlying Areas: R180

Delivery to Johannesburg & Pretoria via courier and takes 1 – 3 working days from dispatch. Other areas can take up to 5 working days from dispatch.

Contact us at admin@lonziandbean.com if you're unsure if you're in an outlying area. 

You will be emailed a tracking number and an estimated delivery time as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure that you include a phone number for the courier to contact you. You will be able to track your parcel once the courier has scanned the parcel on their side.

RETURNS

Sale Items
No returns or refunds on sale items.

Returns received within 10 days in a saleable condition will be issued a full refund or exchange. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Lonzi&Bean will pay for a new item to be delivered. 

Returns received after 10, but within 30 days in a saleable condition will be issued an exchange at our discretion. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Lonzi&Bean will pay for a new item to be delivered. 

Returns received after 30 days, or goods received in an unsaleable condition (soiled, dirty, torn), will not be refunded or exchanged. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty goods received within 30 days will be issued a full refund or exchange. In this case, Lonzi&Bean will send a courier to collect the goods.
